Scope consists of interior & exterior alterations, addition of a new rear covered deck, alteration of an existing front porch, conversion of an existing screened-in porch into heated space and the addition of finished attic space. Existing exterior construction to remain in place except as modified by the additions, reroofing and alterations work. Structural alterations will be required to remedy deficient existing conditions.
