Repoint brick masonry and repair cracks as needed, using appropriate lime mortar and matching the existing joint profiles, per vcc information sheet (attached). Replace broken or worn bricks as needed with bricks to match existing material. Areas of repair to be bourbon elevation of main building.

Replace downspout on faade of building with a larger diameter downspout. Located on right hand side of building when facing st. Louis street.

Tuck and point building wall on river side. Doing probably half the wall over 2 weeks.

1. Fabricate and install 7 pairs of board & batten shutters on 3rd floor of rear dependency facing courtyard: 3 windows, 4 doors. 2. All shutters will be made of spanish cedar, and will match the style of existing shutters on ground floor of dependency and will be painted to match: sherwin williams sw6614 "quite coral." (see photos received with application.) note: all shutters must be fabricated according to attached drawing indicated and stamped on attached vcc architectural detail sheet for shutters. Specifically: shutter boards must be 6 or wider tongue and groove and beaded on one edge on both sides.

Remove and replace aluminum gutters and downspout along the duphine elevation of both the main house and the dependancy structure. Gutters are to be painted to match the adjacent surface.

All work as per materials stamped vcc approved 11 10 17 as follows: remove existing unpermitted asphalt shingle roofing material from rear service wing repair and or replace underlayment as necessary install new natural slate (grey green), using copper nails, on majority of the roof install new copper standing seam roof on the low sloped portion of the roof indicated on stamped approved plans install repair half round copper gutters and flashing install reinstall ceramic or concrete v-style or terra cotta ridge tiles. Replace broken tiles as needed, to match existing. Metal cap-flashing on the parapets is not allowednote: trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs all work must conform to standard vcc policies & guidelines permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapet or surrounding wallstorch-applied roofing is not permitted in the vieux carr. All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure.

Replace fascia boards on front galleries floors 2 and 3, paint underside of front gallery, repair shutters on 2nd floor, paint front entrance

Retain the asphalt shingle roof, flashing, and chimney sealants on the garconniere building.
