Install new 2 amp service w undergrounding refeed all exist circuits, replace all receptacles & install new 42 circuit pnl,15 switches,23 light fixtures,4 gfi and receptacles per 2008 nec (sfd) fishing wires

Replace house trap,fai and house drain in garage-pa1#20160830037-"self-certifications are no longer permitted" - "all excavations and plumbing trenches in excess of 5 feet in depth must have approved shoring in place at the time of inspection"

Interior alterations to include 1" closed cell styrofoam board, insulation in walls, sheet rock 1 2", tape 3 coats, sand, prime paint, install interior doors, trim package, kitchen cabinets & appliances, tile kitchen floor, bath floor and shower walls, new h w floors 1st floor only.(see hansen case 516064) applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated january 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties.
