Reconstruct 826 side storefront window, repair bulkhead and trim, and install new transom. All work to match adjacent opening at 828, per materials stamped vcc approved 2 22 17. Repair deterioration and patch all visible nail holes. All glass shall be single pane, true divided lite. All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Backprime and paint millwork to match existing.

Build out front window and transom frames and store front wood repair as per sketch
