SCORE 78 This application is for exterior wall repair to the front building only. Existing stucco finish will be repaired in 5 areas. These areas will be repaired using vcc approved stucco mix. Existing paint and finish will be matched and applied over these 5 patched areas. Photos of the five areas to be repaired are being submitted with this application. Remove and replace existing deteriorated stucco on the st philip elevation in five areas per application and materials recieved 10 11 16 and stamped vcc appoved 10 12 16. All reinstalled masonry must be properly "toothed in" to existing masonry wall, using vcc mortar formula (attached). Cracked or broken bricks shall be replaced to match existing in color, size, material, porosity, detail, profile and exposure. Failure to exactly match materials, paint color, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work. All mortar to be mixed using the vcc recipe (attached) with a maximum of 1 part portland cement, to 3 parts lime, to 9 parts sand, and enough water to form a workable mix. Prepackaged mixes are not permitted. (see attached sheet).
