Architectural: for the new ada restroom on the 4th floor only, the location has been revised to locate the restroom at the south end of the corridor. Existing partitions and millwork will be demolished to allow for the new ada restroom to be constructed. The revision includes new ceiling and light fixture layout. Mechanical - for the new ada restroom on the 4th floor only, a new return duct will run from the existing common restroom in to the new ada restroom. For the existing common restroom, a transfer duct will be added above the floor to ceiling restroom partitions. Electrical - due to revised ada restroom location, new occupancy sensor-new light fixture layout, add gfi receptacle. Plumbing - for the new ada restroom on the 4th floor only, plumbing has been revised according to the new location and layout of the restroom, per design and memo.
