-paint shutters and front gate custom dark blue to match existing

Replace deteriorated front entry gate (wood door) with identical hardwood door. Resurface deteriorated utility cabinet surface with bead board to match existing. Paint all to match existing vcc approved paint.

Rebuild demolished storage shed as per drawings submitted to erin with vcc.

Demolition of failing brick shed and failing portion of wall, per materials approved by vieux carre commission on 05/04/16 (30-day layover period waived) and stamped vcc approved 05/09/16, as follows:disassemble brown-rated lake-tan brick shed in rear courtyard, and lake-tan brick portion of bourbon-side property line wall. Bricks to be removed one course at a time along length of wall and retained where possible. Demolish middle cmu section of bourbon-side property line wall. Replace cmu and lake-tan brick portions of wall with new seven-board fence. Soft-red brick masonry wall to remain. New seven-board fence to match existing fence on st. Philip and dauphine-sides of property. Note: new shed building to be reviewed and permitted separately. No additional work to be completed with this permit. Site shall be graded and cleared of all debris.

Remove existing roofing material repair and/or replace underlayment as necessary install new natural slate (grey/green), using copper nails install/repair copper gutters, flashing and vents install/reinstall ceramic or concrete v-style or terra cotta ridge tiles metal cap-flashing on the parapets is not allowednote: trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs all work must conform to standard vcc policies & guidelines permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapet or surrounding wallstorch-applied roofing is not permitted in the vieux carr.

Remove & replace to match existing slate (18x12 vermont gray green slate) roof on small rear lean-to. Remove galvanized standing seam roof over rear door and install new copper standing seam with all copper flashings. Install gray duro-last tpo membrane with galvanized flashings at left rear flat roof (to match existing) .
