Dtc and mdha to install two signs: (1) 2. 4 ft x 4. 5 ft (10. 8 sq ft) illuminated projecting sign on front of building. 6 ft sidewalk encroachment to be reviewed by public works. Need ul # (2) 6 ft w x 3 ft h awning sign with 6 x 3 ft lettering on each of three sides. Non illuminated. Canopy is not to encroach on sidewalk. Total allowable signage not to exceed 15% of facade..... Pursuant ordinance # 2006-1263 metropolitan code of laws, i (the holder on this permit) hereby certify that all construction & demolition waste generated by any & all activities governed by this permit shall be disposed of in an approved landfill. Further, i certify that no construction & demolition waste shall be stored on the property in violation of any provision of metropolitan code.
