Unsure, but it appears proposed size of deck may not have adequate land area to accommodate required minimum yard setbacks. In accordance with udo, sec. 7-10-2. (f) (3) decks, steps, uncovered porches, patios, and terraces may encroach into a required side or rear setback, but no closer than six feet to the side or rear property line.
