Received amendment to name electrician;rlh; to request residential inspections call redacted phone number: building comments: refer to the plan review comments attached to the approved drawings for important information or corrections for compliance with the building code. The approved plans and review comments are required to be kept on the jobsite for viewing by the city inspectors. The building permit is required to be posted on the job site at all times during the project. The permit shall be in a weathertight location or container accessible to the city inspectors during their inspections. Note!!! - the inspector will turn down an inspection if the permit, approved plans, and plan review comments are not on the jobsite.

Addition to home, grading under 05-3636 sfb; received no site plan. Have a survey, but nothing on additions. Called applicant contact, requested they submit a building permit amendment site plan showing the property boundaries, location of existing buildings, proposed new construction footprint/outline and the related distances from the new construction to all property boundary lines and all rights-of-ways /easements. Swr august 5, 2005 1:25: pm stuartr ; applicant must record recombination survey or deed before zoning application for addition can take place. Appears proposed addition would cross over property boundary line. Swr august 5, 2005 1:25: pm stuartr ; received faxed site plan showing garage in front yard. Called applincat and advised detached accessory buildings can not be located infront of principle strucutre. Need to learn if engineering will approve three (3) driveway cuts for one residential property with less than 1 of road frontage along richard st.
