Install new 2 gang milbank meter in rear first floor mechanical room. The meter enclosure will contain 2 meter sockets with integrated disconnects. The line side will be fed underground to comed pole. There will be parralles 2" rigid conduits from above grade to 36" below at building and comed pole. The conduits will transition from rigid to pvc in between. The risers will go up pole to weatherheads. 1 new meter is for first floor restaurant and the other is for future to feed 2nd and 3rd floor vacant tenant spaces.
