Remove 2gang meter socket and install a 3gang meter socket with one additional panel for public. Remove public circuits off of 1st floor and install in new public panel.

Correcting violations according to 13-12-3 of code. 2 amps service, bx removal in basement, exchanging boxes (front, basement, first and second floor), replacing receptacles

Replace existing enclosed frame porch with new open wood porch on 2 story with basement brick residence, same size and same location, per plans

Repair or replace painted outlets or switchs,relace all pancake boxes per art3 throughout units,cover all open boxes and install wp boxes exterior of building,replace defective bx throughout,install grounded outlets throughout dwelling units and public area,strap and secure all raceways and boxes,provide ground continuity throughout building,replace defective light fixtures and provide 3 of working clearance around panels. In accord with city of chicago electrical code. Service to be change to 2 amp instead of 1 amp. Install gfi,s in all wet areas kitchen and baths and counter tops both units and basement. All work stated on violation list shall be complied with per code.

Remvoe kitchen sink & correctly install proper waste & vent pipes. Remove improper s trap & reprpe to vent system. Remove flex water supplies & install with copper piping.
