Flooring to ceiling walls will be built to create separate kitchen and dish prep area on ground level. High counters will be built to frame around food prep area to separate it from customer area and act as sneeze guard from customers. Entrance to the kitchen and dish prep area will be through the food prep section. On the elevated slab floor-to-ceiling walls will be built to create two bathrooms. The bathrooms will tie into the plumbing that runs beneath the slab. Due to the height of the slab a ramp with two landing will be built in order to be ada compliant. The concrete floor will be polished and sealed. The ceiling will remain open with drop down industrial lighting.
