To modify or replace flashing at top of dumaine elevation of rear service building as per detail stamped vcc approved 07 19 17 note: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.

To replace existing synthetic slate roof on rear building with new natural slate roofing.
