Replacement and repair of 3rd floor windows and decorative panels, per drawings stamped vcc approved 04 12 17, as follows:install six (6) new spanish cedar six-over-six double hung window sashes, with true divided lites and 1 8" clear annealed glass. All new millwork to be backprimed and painted. Repair jamb as needed, replace sash stops. Uninstall and reinstall shutters in original locations, using original hardware. Install new decorative panels and exterior trim as neededall repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposurenote: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work.
