Install brick veneer over the entire front of a sfd on existing footing. Windows door same size. Instal brick ties every 24" vertical and 36" horizontal and physical tie in every four foot vertical. Flashing, caulking and energy requirements as per irc 2006. Remove and replace non load bearing partitions and framing throughout to create new bedrooms bathroom, ceilings included. Insulate all exterior walls with r-13 or r-19. Install new kitchen cabinets countertops, tile, carpets, moulding, interior doors. Separate permits required for plumbing, electrical and hvac. Applicant agrees to limit construction to comply with ez permit standard dated february, 2007. Deviation from this standard will result in the revocation of this permit and the imposition of further penalties.

Install 100a service, 12 light fixtures, 16 switches & 24 receptacles as per 2005 nec.

Interior renovations, new partitions and new floor joists as per plans.
