Windows and doors to comply with emergency egress standards per irc.. New door opening for 36 inch door. Flash roof to new front. Vertical reinforcement every 24 inches. Install returns into party walls for structural connection. Flash and seal roof. Install 2 x 6 frame wall, r-19 insulation and sheetrock on interior front wall for finish. No other work allowed under this permit.

Install 100amp 240v single phase meter panel, wire lights, switches, recepts, hot water heater outlet, smoke detectors as per 2008 nec (west district)

Install 3 water closet, 3 lavatory, 3 tubs, 1 kitchen sink and 1 laundry sink - the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Make safe permit to comply violation #262743. Remove deteriorated rear wall two (2) stories in height. Place temporary wall to protect building from the elements of weather and trespass.
