Site plan;scc; pin maybe 9638. 15-53-8360?; applicant, scott miller, and i discussed future additions to require amended or another zoning permit review and approval. Swr 11/17/04 5:18:49 pm; august 24, 2006 2:28:09 pm sbrank premise #redacted phone number1; paulette, please issue a stop work order in hte to stop all inspection. Also void the final plumbing inspections. Joe or harry have a inspector do the site visit with the stop work. Alvin the plumbing contractor for the project did not set the fixture for the final or call for a final inspection of work. Alvin thinks the owner or a un-licensed person did the work. I have called the owner. Thanks mark case; 100. Plumbing inspection fee paid today. Rab:; the driveway for permit #04-5689 is not going to be built. This was approved by ryon plancer on 11/10/04. Existing house built under permit #06-5266; zoning site plan permit application approved for deck addition to right side and new bed/bath addition to left side of existing single family home. Swr november 9, 2006 8:33:19 am stuartr ; applicant needs to sign sewer verification form for msd before c/o is issued. It is in the top drawer of our filing cabinet.; november 6, 2007 11:26:48 am kneel adding detached garden shed. Zoning permit site plan approval is for a detached accessory building ( x 18) allowed to encroach into a required side or rear setback area, but may not be located in the front yard or any closer than the six feet to the side or rear property line. Accessory building approved for residential storage only. Accessory building can not be used for any type of commercial use or occupancy.
