Anderson investment corporation is applying for a permit for a simple remodel of its retail center located at 719 e 21 south. The remodel will entail demolishing a small back storage building, bringing the existing vacant retail space into a vanilla shell condition and refacing the center with a fresh look on the outside.

This application (bld2016-11005) for fire sprinkler permit pertains to the entire building shell (bld2016-04035 change of use) as submitted by the building owner anderson investment corporation to include the entire structure fire area 719, 721, 723, 725, 727, 729, & 731. A fire inspection will be conducted on the entire structure to ensure fire sprinklers are provided throughout the entire building and it is in compliance with current adopted fire and building codes. Any design changes outside unit 719 shell (applicable to any tenant space) will require a separate fire permit applicable to the certified address of where the work will be performed. If any fire sprinkler required work is applicable to the entire shell it will be part of bld2016-11005.
