Remove existing firefree slate from the two side walls of the toulouse elevation dormer. Replace underlying decking as needed to match existing. Install new water barrier underlayment along the sides of the dormer. Install new copper step flashing up the two sides of the dormer and new copper apron flashing across the front of the dormer. Reinstall existing firefree if possible. If all firefree cannot be salvaged, install new vermont slate with copper nails. All work per plans submitted 04/05/16 and stamped vcc approved 04/27/16. Note: trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs all work must conform to standard vcc policies & guidelines permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapet or surrounding wallstorch-applied roofing is not permitted in the vieux carr. All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. All work must conform to standard vcc policies & guidelines.
