Strip and reroof 17 square of asphalt shingles no structural changes

Remove basement wood partition walls. Remove basement existing concrete floor slab, dig up 9" of dirt. Place 1" of compacted gravel, place a 2" rigid foam insulation panels on top of the gravel, place a 6mill plastic sheet on top of the rigid insulation, pour 5" concrete with 1/2" rebar net + top and bottom sheets of 1/4" wire grill. -replace 3 stell support posts and footings. Replace 2 front of the house basement wall windows. Open up back of the house foundation wall and install a temporally exit door. Dig up a temporally 48" wide trench to the exterior of the same back wall. Finish floor no greater than 6-11 (mg)

-remodel 2nd floor small kitchen completely. -remove second floor back exit door from the left side of the house, and install a window on its place, install new back exit door in the right side. Not in scope -remove fire excape metal landing and steps, install new landing and steps in the right side where the new exit door will be installed. Not in scope -install a new 2nd floor bathroom in second floor back of the house. -remove ceiling and vault ceilings of the 2 back of the house rooms where the new bathroom and remodel kitchen is to be exposing the roof rafters. -spray "closed cell" in between rafters, -frame a new 2x ceiling/floor over the 2 rooms, creating a new storage space above rooms. -remove 1st floor full bathroom, install a new 1st floor half bathroom on its place. -move back existing front hallway steps into basement. -install a new back of the basement exit steps. -fix exposed 4" and 3" basement sewer pipes. -remove and disposal of second floor back of the house metal fire steps. -remove and disposal of the exterior second floor back door in the left side of the house, install a new window on half of the door apace. -cut open, frame and install a new exterior second floor back door, in the right side of house. -install a new second floor back deck with steps to back yard as a new fire excape steps. -install new cinder blocks concrete steps from basement to back yard. -cut stone foundation wall and install a new back of the basement exit door .
