Basement is adjoined by an attached below-grade parking structure, with additional parking level at first floor finish grade. Proposed project consists of comprehensive upfit of interior space for a-3 (place of worship) and business occupancies, with associated accessory uses. Scope of work includes: life safety upgrades (conversion of monumental stair to fire exit); full interior renovation including finishes, millwork, and equipment; upgraded lighting, power, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
