SCORE 98 The scope of this project consists of renovating the interior of the existing building, as well as removing all site appurtenances which currently exist above the existing below grade parking garage, for the purpose of enhancing the structural stability of the garage and installing a waterproof membrane on top of the garage. New site facilities will then be constructed and installed on top of the garage, with the intent of serving the same purpose of the previous site facilities. The entire facility (building & site) will be completely shut down and not used by the owner or any other patrons, and closed off to the public during the building, garage rehabilitation and site construction. The project site contains an existing conditional use permit which will allow the facility to operate within its desired use when construction is complete.
