For alterations to existing facade on 7 chestnut street and for the infill of parapet wall on 708 chestnut street, all work to be done per approved plans. Amend permit # 513014 to include increase in dwelling units to (24), floor layout reconfiguration, roof deck modification, elevator relocation, in-fill framing of existing courtyard opening, new stairway. Roof deck for access to specific dwelling units per plans. This permit it include new certificate of occupancy for r-2 use and occupancy classification. See ap# 513014 for c o for 1st floor uses. Separate permit required for special inspection for ledgering post installed concrete anchors. Applicant to provide engineers report and pull out test results to verify structural stability of existing walls prior to ledgering and installation of concrete anchors.

Interior alterations additions to include the following new work: fit-out to create (22) dwelling units (one(1) type a unit and rest to be type b dwelling units) from the 2nd - 5th floor, one (1) story three (3) story addition to create a five (5) story structure with roof deck (for use by residential units), new structural framing work, new elevator, upgrades to finishes, and all other work as per approved plan. 1st floor contains and existing mercantile (space 710) and restaurant (space 708) entire building to be fully sprinklered & 2 exits required from roof deck asbestos abatement required to prior to commencement of work.
