For the installation of a nfpa 13 (first floor) and nfpa 13r (throughout) system serviced by a 2 inch fire service line with a back flow preventer assembly. Fire suppression system to be installed for a commercial space and a two family dwelling. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design engineer prior to the start of any work. Fire supression system to be installed in accordance with a nfpa 13 & 13r standard. Separate permits required for all other work.

Install 400amp electrical service and wiring for 1st floor commercial space and 2 apartments per 2008 nec (mixed use)cc district install fire alarm per nfpa 72

Install (3) heat pumps with ductwork. (mixed-use)

Interior exterior alterations, remove part of rear exterior wall and roof to receive new construction of rear addition and 4th floor addition, roof deck and pilot house stair access structure. Bulding fully sprinklered. Removal of exterior all and part of roof and construction must be done is a safe manner and protect adjacent structures, fence off area protect pedestrians. No underpinning of adjacent structures or special precatuions per engineer - must excavate safe manner and prevent any lateral movements during excavation.
