Proposal to modify bar previously constructed without benefit of vcc review or approval, per application & materials received 10 04 17.

To renovate repair bourbon and st. Peter elevations and buildings roof and dormers as per architectural committee approval of 07 11 17 and materials stamped vcc approved 08 02 17. Work includes but is not limited to: remove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards. Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5 4x4 t&g floorboards, and 7 8" fascia with " bead, all as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached). Repair existing masonry as per vcc standard detail sheet (attached) repair existing slate shingle roof and replace broken ridge tiles repaint building to match existing colors and sheens remove all existing, unpermitted and or unshielded light fixtures install remcraft lighting products cylinders medium down semi flush ceiling light to the underside of the balcony gallery centered over the window door openings fixtures shall be painted or prefinished to match adjacent building surface. All wiring shall be placed in conduits all conduits shall be placed along the inside

Proposal to modify courtyard, including courtyard bar, previously modified without benefit of vcc review or approval, per application & materials received 10 03 17.

To repair replace ground floor shutters on the bourbon st. Elevation to match existing as per sketch and photographs stamped vcc approved 05 17 17. New shutters to be painted to match existing... Green matched to existing, semigloss (previously permitted color devoe 1u28b asphodel) all repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Failure to exactly match materials, details, profiles, exposures, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work. Note: permit issued in response to violations but does not address all violations. Additional violations to be addressed in separate permits. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
