Shore up bottom granite slab step as needed. Cut hole in concrete sidewalk on right and left side of step. Dig out dirt from under slab in two locations. Jack up the slab. Pour concrete footings. Replace slab. Repair concrete sidewalk

Re-stucco the exterior masonry walls of the house and the perimeter fences.

To install a total of eight (8) non-decorative handrails in three (3) separate locations around the main building to increase accessibility. All work as per plans submitted 06/02/16, approved by the architectural committee 06/14/16, and stamped vcc approved 06/15/16. Note: rails not to attach to buildings directly, all connections to be made into paving or steps only.

To shore up and level the bottom granite step of the main entrance of the esplanade elevation of the main building as follows: cut access holes in the sidewalk at both ends of the granite step. Dig out underneath the granite step in order to insert a jack. Jack up, level, and shore the granite step. Pour new concrete footings below the step. Repair the sidewalk as necessary to match existing. Note: as this work involves the sidewalk, additional approvals will be needed from the department of public works.

Replace flat roof as necessary using 3 ply self adhering sbs roof system

Repair, re-stucco and paint to match existing of 6 x 4 area of elevation at the rear of the building on the royal street side. Miscellaneous repointing where needed for rear building.
