Replace furnace with new trane 100k 80% furnace.

Total restoration to unit #7 due to fire. Includes replacing all drywall and electrical, mechanical & plumbing repairs. Change out existing window with new door per plans. Ce17-0405.

Remove all materials down to studs and subfloor in unit #7. Remove entire floor covering in unit #8. Remove floor covering in one bedroom in unit #6. Separate permit required for re-installation. Area identified as containing asbestos will be addressed by a separate contractor. Fire sprinklers not required: remodel addition does not exceed 50% of the gross square footage of existing structure.

Remodel per plan. Remove existing 50 window in bedroom to establish rear door exit, to include a 6068 solid core exterior door w upper-half lite. Includes new 20 milgard, white vinyl, single hung window. Add four new 6" recessed can lights w new switch in living room. Add new 14" diameter sun tube. Replace existing tub and convert to fiberglass pan. Replace light fixture with heat fan light. Add new ceiling light fixture.
