Living roof above remaining storage area.; incomplete zoning on was on hold. Is this building existing? Why no grading permit? Need to see floor plans. Swr stuartr ; september 29, 2006 2:11: pm scarver application placed on hold, applicant will resubmit once she has hired engineer;scc; february 26, 2007 10:27:43 am dshook customer came in and submitted additional plans for guest unit/storage with engineers letter; received call from mrs. Kuhn. Changing permit as of 3-15-07 to an addition to existing sfh. No longer accessory apartment. Swr march 15, 2007 8:51:44 am stuartr for the purpose of determining minimum lot size or maximum density. The gross floor area of the accessory apartment shall not exceed 5 square feet.
