For the installation of one (1) ul 3 listed wet chemical extinguising system with flow points in accordance with nfpa 17a. Fire supression system with twenty (20) flow points to serve existing kitchen hood. All work to be done per approved plans, please see ap# 6852 for approved kitchen hood ventilation system.

Install 400amp service,replace (4)100amp main panel for (2)200amp main panel. Replace 60amp sub panel for new(2) 1 subpanel and replace receptacles and 8 switches. Install 5 emergency light and exit sign per 2008 nec(restaurant)

Install one ms 5024 panel, (11) 24v smoke dets, 4 horn strobes, 1 strobe, 3 pull stations. (east dist)

Remove existing gypsum wall board at ceiling and walls and remove sections of non-structural slab at basement to accomodate new plumbing piping at 2nd, 1st and basement floors. Upon completion of new plumbing work - restore affected areas by installing new gwb per the 2009 ibc code at walls and ceilings and 3000# concrete at basement slab.

For alterations at an existing structure to include new exterior rear stair installation at basement and 2nd flr level, and new front exterior wall coverings to be provided for an assembly occupancy with accessory storage at the 2nd story with existing breach in party wall. (iebc 2009, compliance path: change in occupancy classification, higher lvl) separate permits required for any electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire suppression system installations.
