Kitchen remodel- install new drawers and door faces for cabinets (cabinet boxes to remain). New countertops with under mount sink. Rough-in locations for range, dishwasher, and fridge to remain the same. Remove box light and install 5" can lights. Plumb new p-trap for sink. Bathroom remodel- demo existing bathroom and remove existing tile surround. Install new shower mixer valve, conduct water-pan test and install new tile surround in shower. Install new vanity and new toilet. Tear off and re-roof with comp shingles, same color and material as existing. Approx 18 squares. Ok to issue per mike maystrovich. 11-3-17: upgrade main service panel.
