Received compliant via phone call from neighbor-anonymous; indicated they have spoke with current tenant who is moving out; house is in very poor condition; tenant mentioned to them that mold was present in house; debris/junk in driveway;rlh; june 5, 2013 4:36: pm pamk. J. Reese went out on 4/18 & 4/30. Yard was overgrown & had trash on porch. R. Hurley sent that part to sanitation on 6/4. J. Reese observed the house to be in good repair from the outside.
