I am hoping to open a mind/body studio in the south end this fall which will offer yoga inspired indoor cycling classes with a retail element. It is a fusion class which focuses on mind/body synergy and incorporates many of the principles of yoga into a cardio class. I will also be selling related retail products in the space. As of now 643a is zoned as retail which is fine since i will have a retail aspect to the business but i am not sure how the classes will fall under that type of permit. To give you a clear idea of how the studio will flow... It is 2 levels and upstairs will be retail and downstairs will be where classes take place. The classes do not take place all day long but rather a few hours per day. Minimal build out is required and any build out which is necessary is to accommodate the retail items. I really dont want it to be confused for a gym/fitness center because it is really more of a community center of sorts with scheduled classes... Closer to a yoga studio than anyt
