1. 31 acres (approx). This determination is for lot 31 only. The portion of lot 32 was transferred in 1994, reception #1385420. Lot 31 and that portion of lot 32 are on separate deeds. The owner has been advised that the portion of lot 32 is not recognized as part of the building lot and has been urged to go through the replat process. The owner has also been told that the neighboring property to the west will require a replat and not have the option of getting a blot for a portion of their property.
