Violation corrections

To make repairs and correct violations in the courtyard as per materials stamped vcc approved 02 20 17. Work includes but is not limited to: repairing repointing bricks utilizing mortar mixed and applied per the vcc standard detail sheet (attached) removing cleaning up exterior wiring, removing wiring no longer needed or functional. Any remaining wiring to be placed in conduits and the conduits painted to match the surface to which they are mounted all repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Failure to exactly match materials, details, profiles, exposures, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work. Note: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins.
