For the installation of a fire suppression system in accordance with nfpa 13r, with a two-inch fire service line, as per approved plans. All work shall be performed by a fire suppression contractor licensed by the city of philadelphia.

Make safe permit - for replacing front brick facade up to the existing lintel at the second floor level, and repairing deteriorated roof joists with like in-kind - no other interior work is permitted -to resolve case #476261. Abutting sidewalk must be closed with fencing a minimum of 6 in height. Separate streets department permit required for sidewalk closure. A separate permit is required for any additional alterations that are not specifically addressed on case #476261.

Level iii alterations to include replacement of damaged floor and roof joists and damaged rear wall for three (3) family dwelling to include certificate of occupancy as per approved plans. Building to be fully sprinklered per nfpa 13r. Separate permits required for mep and fire suppression work

Install 200amp 240v single phase service with 4 gang meter socket,3-100amp panel,1 60amp panel,lights,switches,receptacles,smoke c o detectors and 9 outlets per 2008 nec (triplex)install fa system per nfpa 72

Install 3 water closets, 3 lavy sinks, 3 bath tubs, 3 kitchen sinks, 3 laundry sinks - the installation will comply with the philadephia plubming code 2004
