Dgs coolidge high school modular swing space-- doee site distrubance under permit bciv1700116--relocate the coolidge school staff and student out of the building into temporary modular learning cottages for 2 years and 2 months starting in june of 2017 and being complete in august of 2019. Current parking is comprised of 68 existing spaces, 11 which are temporarily removed during the renovation, but will be replaced by august 2019. The existing coolidge building is approximately 210,0 sft and williams center is approximately 65,0 sft. The current student body of 3 students and approximately staff will be housed in 34 classroom modulars, 4 admin modulars, 1 clinic modular and 1 kitchen modular. There will be 2 sets of toilet modulars. The building code capacity of a typical classroom modular is 36, a typical admin modular is 14, the clinic is 22, the kitchen is 4. The total code capacity of the modulars is therefore 1,306. The kitchen and clinic modular will be under a separate permit -

Five geotechnical soil borings with an atv drill rig using 3. 25 inch hollow stem augers to create 6 inch annuls. Borings will be advanced to a depth of feet below existing site grades. Borings will be abandoned in accordance with doee requirements.
