The grounds for this appeal are included in the attached letter and attachments. They include but are not limited to the following: 1)applicant and owner at 631 north broad street do not own the entire wall that is subject of the demolition permits. The appellants owns the portion of the wall on its side of the property line. 2)the wall that is subject of the demolition is a party wall and cannot be demolished without the permission of the adjoining property owner of 619 north broad street.
