New faucets, trap and basket strainer on kit sink (risers and valves). Replace tub diverter, waste and overflow and valves on tub. Replace center set, trap and valves on vanity. Wc on 2nd fl bath.

Exterior and interior repaires to side bearing wall. Engineer submitted pictures that damaged portions have already been removed and floor ceiling assemblies have already been braced. Wall will be rebuilt with like in kind materials. No change in size or location of structure. Damaged joist will be replaced (not to exceed percent) all new joist repocketed and protected from contact with masonry.
