To renovate building as per architectural committee approval of 1 10 17, final plans submitted 01 26 17, and stamped vcc approved 01 26 17. Work includes but is not limited to: demolition of the small bump-out addition located near the chartres and barracks corner of the main building conversion of ground floor window opening to new door opening on the chartres elevation of the main building installation of exterior lighting and bevelo lanterns note: electric fixtures shall be painted to match adjacent building surface.
