To install one (1) double-faced wood sign to read tommys flowers vieux carr garden and home per drawings submitted on 08 30 16 & stamped vcc approved 08 31 16 sign will measure: 32 w x 22 h x 1 8 thickness of sign with a 1 thick frame sign will hang perpendicular to the street sign will hang from existing chains sign will have a white background with black lettering no additional illumination or lighting is approvednote: all existing signs must be removed and no additional signs may be installed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.

Install one (1) hanging sign

Remove existing slate roofing material repair and or replace underlayment as necessaryinstall new natural slate (grey green), using copper nailsinstall repair half round copper gutters and flashinginstall reinstall ceramic or concrete v-style or terra cotta ridge tiles. Replace broken tiles as needed, to match existing. Metal cap-flashing on the parapets is not allowednote: trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs all work must conform to standard vcc policies & guidelines permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapet or surrounding wallstorch-applied roofing is not permitted in the vieux carr. All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure.

Paint uderside of deck (white) to match existing, semiglossnote: all shutter hardware to match adjacent surface; hinge attached to shutter should match shutter color, and hinge attached to trim should match trim. Shutter hardware should not be painted black. Additionally, outriggers under balconies or galleries should be painted white as they are not decorative ironwork elements. Failure to exactly match permit specified colors will result in a vcc violation and mandated repainting.
