Replacing fixtures (bathtub, hand sink) in 2nd floor bathroom (6x6 area). Old ceramic tiles will be removed and re-finished with cement boards and new ceramic tiles. Re-tile floors. No changes to existing plumbing will be made. No changes to existing electric will be made except for changing the light fixture. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, issue date january 1, 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties.
