Bathroom repair/remodel.; building safety comments remove and replace sheet rock. Replace subfloor and floor. Remove and replace tile. Remove and replace shower pan and shower. See attached diagram regarding required fixture spacing. No detailed plans have been submitte or reviewed. Coordinate all work with the field inspectors. Span ratings of plywood used for floor must be suitable for the spacing of the underlying joists. Corrections will be required for any work that is not in accordance with the technical codes.
