Remove existing vent and collar for existing hvac and replace to match existing. Repair entryway roof on royal street elevation. Install new natural slate roofing. Remove and replace existing galvanized internal gutter to match existing. Remove and replace flashing with stailess steel flashing. Reinstall existing concrete or ceramic v-groove ridge tiles.
