Replace light fixtures and receptacles

Remove five fixtures, replace one kitchen sink, replace one lavatory, replace one washing machine box.

Remove replace approx 200 damaged and spailed bricks, remove reset capstones, spot tuckpoint as needed all work to be performed onsouthwest corner of building only, no structural work. Subject to be field inspection

Removereplace limestone capstones on the privacy walls. Misc. Brick replacement at s. E. Cornerof privacy fence approx. 150 sq. Ft.

Provide a complete one and two way voice communication system. Seal around vertical utility pipes from 1st through top of floor. Provide door hardware on all the apartment doors opening directly into stairs with non-self locking type.

Electrical service replacement. Partial distribution replacement. Replacement of head end equipment for telephone, cable tv and intercom. Apartment wiring and panels to remain.

Lower level electrical equipment room (260 sq. Ft.) replace walls & ceiling, transformer vault due to fire damage. 360 sq. Ft ceiling slab.

Install emergency generator to provide an auxiliary power source to the existing fire pump, exit signs and egress lighting

Portion of existing masonry wall at the southeast corner of the apartment courtyard, install concrete pad at to accommodate emergency generator, concrete slab & masonry walls adjacent to the existing masonry south and east walls to enclose new generator and opening of the existing south masonry wall for access. 5825 s dorchester.

Self-cert project: 5 s. F. Include in unit work, new ramp, entry & accessible pkg. Space.. Accessible upgrades through-out the building and apartment unit bathroom. New partition walls, accessible appliances and equip. In unit 14 east. New exterior accessible ramp, entry door & gate door actuators and relocated entry key pad. Parking striping and signage along with new area of refuge and storage spaceall per plans to an existing 28-dwelling unit bldg. Conditional permit subject to field inspection.
