Interior plumbing tenant fit-out for a take-out restaurant (little caesars pizza) - work will comply with the approved plan and the philadelphia plumbing code 2004 - note: an 1-1 4" trapped indirect waste line will be provide from the equipment in the walk-in cooler - secondary shut-off valves will be provided on all fixture water supplies to comply with the philadelphia plumbing code section p-810. 3 - additional traps are not required on the utensil sink bowls (3-compartment sink) per p-508. 7 of the philadelphia plumbing code (grease trap serves as the fixture trap)

To install 6 amp service per print with four meters, 1 house meter and 3 store meter. (a). Just provide service in 5810, (b). Provide service and 8 outlets and 2 bathroom lights in 5808. (c).
