1) convert existing computer room air conditioning units from water-cooled to air-cooled operation. 2) install (2) new crac units to supplement existing 5 units. 3) expand existing duct work servicing interior space. 4) install (7) air cooled condensers on equipment rails on adjacent roof directly outside of 4th floor area on equipment rails. 5) modify existing roof system to accomodate new equipment rails. 6) provide new electrical service to existing and new mechanical units. 7) modify selected building window assemblies to accommodate mechanical and electrical penetrations to air cooled condensers.

Demolition: demolish existing gypsum board room partitions new work: build new gypsum wall board partitions. Modify existing electrical and mechanical systems to accomodate new construction.
