Site plan sent to zoning showed proposed detached garage on lot # 3, yet site plan sent to building safety showed garage on lot # 2 zoning review and approval for detached accessory garage. Garage to be used for residential purposes only and as an accessory to principle single family home on lot # 2. No portion of garage may be used as a place of residence. No zoning approval reviewed for any type of of proposal for any deck. In accordance with udo sec. 7-16-1.
