Swr february 28, 2007 10:03:57 am stuartr ; june 7, 2007 5:01:57 pm bdavis amendment - increase width of deck by 2 add hot tub deck.; reviewed and approved amended / amended zoning site plan showing increased size of deck to meet the minimum required district setbacks. Swr june 8, 2007 8:47:32 am stuartr ; august 16, 2007 3:05:41 pm jabbott gc req change heating from sheer comfort to deans. Told since inspects had been done there was a 75 fee. Gc stated the original sheer comfort was an error and deans had done all the work from start. Original file says frank sheer was original mechanical.
