April 15, 2011 3:28: pm kneel. 4/8/2011 - application recieved without site plan. Amy contacted customer via phone and she stated that everything that we needed was already submitted. I contacted customer via e-mail to inform her that a site plan was required. Additionally, she needed to close out permits 01-3681, 05-1569, 05-3163, 06-1949 before this permit was issued. She stated she would be down the next day after 1pm and submit the site plan. She scheduled the inspections to close out the other permits and then cancelled the inspections and never came in to submit a site plan. Application scanned into documents and permit on hold.
